Functional Genomics of Root Hair Infectionff
This NSF-funded project uses functional genomics to investigate the process of legume root hair infection by nitrogen-fixing rhizobia.
Genome Sequencing and Analysis
In a collaborative project, funded by NSF, between the Univ. of Missouri, Washington Univ. Genome Center and Orion Genomics, sample sequencing of the soybean genome was done to test methylfiltration as a means to enrich for gene-rich segments of the genome.
Soymap
An integrated map of soybean for resolution and dissection of multiple genome duplication events. Washington Univ. Genome Center and Orion Genomics, sample sequencing of the soybean genome was done to test methylfiltration as a means to enrich for gene-rich segments of the genome.
